These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 228win platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible.
Funds must be deposited from accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawal processing times, minimum amounts and verification requirements are set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 228win ("228win", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 228win.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, participation in betting and casino games, acceptance of promotional offers and all related services.
By clicking "Register", "Create Account" or any equivalent button, or by accessing the Platform after these Terms have been communicated to you, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created.
These Terms are published in English and are intended for an English-language audience, with particular relevance to users based in Pakistan. The Platform does not claim any Government of Pakistan approval, PTA clearance, State Bank of Pakistan authorisation, or endorsement from any Pakistani financial institution. The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and all supplementary documents published by 228win, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: 228win applies strict age verification procedures. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any stage and to suspend an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be void and forfeited.
228win does not accept registrations from users who are employed by the operator, its affiliates, software suppliers, or any entity with access to non-public odds or game data, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All Accounts identified as duplicates may be closed and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested during the registration flow. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Material inaccuracies — particularly relating to name, date of birth or address — may result in Account suspension and voiding of winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 228win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 228win will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
228win operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing a first withdrawal, or at any point at 228win's reasonable discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe communicated will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 228win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicence, scrape, copy or commercially exploit any content or service on the Platform.
The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds:
228win monitors betting patterns and Account activity continuously. Unusual patterns may trigger a manual review. During any review, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation.
All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. In the event of a conflict between a specific sport or game rule and these general Terms, the specific rule shall prevail.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an explicit bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets remain pending until confirmed and 228win reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the market should have been suspended.
228win offers markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series. Live in-play markets are subject to real-time suspension during critical events (wickets, rain delays, DRS reviews). Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — due to latency or any other reason — will be voided. 228win's ruling on the timing of any bet acceptance is final.
All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by third-party studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing in a regulated studio environment. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the hand or round will be resolved according to the studio's outcome data. 228win's records of the outcome are final in the event of any dispute.
228win may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets) and time limit are specified on each promotion page. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward fulfilling the requirement.
228win reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account of any User found to be abusing promotional offers. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: low-margin wagering strategies designed to drain wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, and providing false information to qualify for an offer.
A maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings generated from certain bonus offers. The applicable cap, if any, is specified in the promotion terms. Where a User requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, 228win reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal.
Tip: Always check the specific wagering requirement, time limit and eligible games for each promotion before opting in. These are displayed clearly on each promotion card and detailed in the linked terms.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 228win references Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as payment methods familiar to Pakistani users; actual availability in the cashier must be confirmed at the time of deposit. These payment providers are referenced for context only — no endorsement of gambling or affiliation with 228win is implied.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts may be expressed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where contextually appropriate. 228win reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. 228win reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Standard processing times are communicated in the cashier, but 228win does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe where additional review is required.
Where PKR amounts are displayed on the Platform, these are provided for illustrative context. The operative account currency and any applicable conversion rates are displayed in the cashier and confirmed at the time of each transaction.
In addition to the prohibited uses set out in Section 5.2, the following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:
Enforcement: Prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances (subject to the outcome of investigation), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 228win brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds compilation methodology and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 228win or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any intellectual property on the Platform.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 228win. Scraping, harvesting or systematically extracting odds, game data or any other content from the Platform by automated means is expressly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 228win and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption of service.
228win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 228win makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
228win's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by 228win's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how 228win collects, processes, stores and shares your personal data, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights.
By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that 228win may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory or law enforcement authorities in connection with its compliance obligations, including KYC and AML requirements.
228win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date. Any balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 8, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically so that you are always aware of the current version.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 228win holds its operating licence, as communicated to users via the Platform's licence information disclosure.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 228win's customer support team in writing at the address below to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process available under 228win's operating licence, details of which are available from customer support on request.
This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction. 228win does not claim that these Terms override any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your local jurisdiction.
Pakistan-specific note: 228win does not claim that these Terms or the existence of any dispute resolution mechanism overrides Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, provincial gambling ordinances, or any other applicable Pakistani legislation. Users accept full personal responsibility for compliance with local law.
